nope there was more than one. and i guess i could have been more specific and said alive. that way people arent trying to count all the dead ones in moria.

there are two with gimli at the council of elrond, and another is at minas tirith at aragorn's coronation making 4 in total

fan is on the right track. heres a hint: you see them all in FOTR, and gimli is included and on the question of the one with the book in moria, no just want the live ones.

well its been four days now so ill just give the answer and let the first person to come in to take over. there are a total of 11. 7 in the opening where they get the rings and 4 in the elrond counsel(including gimli). so, whoever wants to can take it away.
