Definitely on the right track.
 A few words are wrong, though: 'them' in line 2, 'Those' and 'took' in line 3, and 'gave' in line 4. We now get: "Nay! Thou hast had thy /_o_/. For with my /_o_e_/ that I put into /t_e_/ thy /_o_k/_a_/a_c_m_l_s_e_/. I /_e_d/_h_e/_o/ _o_e/./_h_s_/ things /t_o_/s_a_t/_o_/ have, nor /_e_/. I /_a_e/ them unto myself for ever."

I just noticed a mistake of mine, which is rather confusing:
thy /_o_/ should be thy /_u_/. Sorry about that!  For the rest, two wrong words and one typo of sorts - 'though' in line 3 has too many letters ... 'get' in line 3 and 'save' in line 4 are not correct.

Perhaps there are English dialects still using 'thou' - otherwise it's all gone
Only one word is wrong, and one is still missing - we're nearly there (and will soon need the speaker). 'have' in line 4 is wrong. A word with only the vowels given is more difficult to find than when some of the consonants are given ...

I agree. Far fewer vowels to choose from, when given consonants. What's really tough is when you get like 4-5 vowels only, in a 8-10 letter word.

'take'? The first missing word isn't 'fun' is it? It fits - both letter-wise and could work meaning-wise - I just don't know if it fits tone-wise.

For the missing word, _a_e,
gave save have and take have been suggested and refused. If we need to play Hangman with this word, I can give you one hint:None of the suggested consonants are in use in the word. It's all that's missing now - we've even got the speaker ...
