Well... I'll give you the first two parts: It's 'Taranon' and the meaning of Falastur is 'Lord of Coasts' (I'm guessing you're translating from Hebrew... does modern Hebrew still leave out the vowels, like old Hebrew did?)

Do you know the other part... the two things that Taranon Falastur was 'first' at?
