Breaking Story:
Admiral Brendan ("The Great") has made it official that he will make a run for the Green House in 2008. Other candidate names have flown around, with no real evidence to back the rumors. Some of these names include: Rian (who has worked extensively on the Debate Thread Committee), and Nurvingiel, who will try to use her illustrious career as Vice President to win the Green House seat. She would be the first Vice President to run for the Green House; which, in our short history of two presidents, the second who's term is half over, is not very big news. Moderator Earniel has also hinted at a run, though it is doubtful she will, seeing as how moderators have a bad rapport with constituents in general.

Speaking of elections, rumors have been circulating that SuperMod Earniel will soon be promoted to Administrator. President Hector has consistently recommended her, and it seems that his hard work will soon pay off.
This could also mean a big deal for his legacy. His greatest achievements include: implementing votes for a CS Lewis forum, and also rousing the mooters whenever there needs to be a revolution. He has also created the Darth & Knights of Entmoot Society, which is a lobbying group created to annoy moderators into doing what they (the Darths etc) deem necessary.
