It's tempting, mighty tempting... Unfortunately sarcasm, although stress-relieving, isn't quite as constructive when dealing with the head-office. You still got to work with these people. But I'm compiling a statistic of errors which I hope my boss/dad will be able to use to smack them silly on the next meeting concerning deliveries. Pretty futile hope, but eh, it's better than nothing. *shrugs*
