*raises hand guiltily* I know how that goes. Mine pulled the same thing, booooootcamp, which isn't nearly as galmorous as a Military Academy. But I learned some pretty neat stuff there though.
It's helped me a lot. Hasn't calmed me down any, but hey!

I'm really not sure, but it tastes good. And as much fat as I had in my diet today I could probably supplement my work out.
I also have Earl Grey Supreme, Darjeeling, and Formosa Oolong. Take your pick. I'm trying to cut back on the soda. Confronting demons? Boy. I remember mine. Not a story for here, I'm afraid.
