No, no, Mari, I glomp you because I like you AND it relieves stress for BOTH of us. If I didn't like you, I wouldn't let you get within a mile of me, never mind touch me! And people glomping me have 100% reduced stress. I'm like a human prozac or somethin'.

FERRETS!!!! <3 <3 <3 <3

I had a ferret when I was a kid. He was my brother's, but the ferret didn't like him very much so stuck around with me.

Man I miss him. My brother had named him Sly. And he was... A little too sly for his own good.

Wiggled his way into the neighbor's yard and got eaten by the doberman.

I understand they are very active. I remember playing with one once as a kid when someone was 'walking' her ferret near our playground. In the petstore they put them in these tiny cages though

You'd pretty much buy them just to get them out of it...

Oh yes, active and miscehvious and kinda destructive. And they stink if you don't give them vinegar baths and change their litter daily. >.<

But they are fun, and super trainable. And cuddly. If I didn't have birds, I might get one. Cause they are bird killers by nature... That's how we ended up getting Sly in the first place. He belonged to my brothers best friend, but then had killed his mom's parrot. So he had to give the ferret to my brother.

But yeah, aside from that slight problem of killing other, smaller pets, they are pretty darn awesome!
