That one picture is very very large, Rian!
I've been feeling very strange lately. Can you imagine how one's stomach feels the day after one has been sick with a stomach virus? Kind of weak and flimsy ish? My stomach feels like that, but I haven't been sick. Also it goes away when I get hungry and comes back after I'm full. Very odd. Got any insight, uh, Healing People?

Just lots of light food at first - applesauce works for my kids, or toast, and Gatorades and/or weak tea, then chicken or beef broth, then build up from there. Nothing greasy or heavy.

Welcome Starfish! You want to be careful with teas. When Mari says loads of flavours, she means loads of flavours - you know you get all the ordinary ones like Earl Grey and English breakfast tea and chai, but then you can get spinach tea and liver tea and tripe tea.
