Argh, should get back to writing this poem thingy >_< Has to be done tomorrow for Sinterklaas, the Dutch Santa Claus (sort of).

You could say the original Santa Claus. Do the Dutch still have that tradition of writing a poem to go along with a gift?

Yeah, either that or make a surprise, but I'm not very handy, so I stick to the poems.
But I'm having a bit of a dilemma because I just know that if I write one of my normal poems, half my class won't understand what I'm talking about, so it has to be simple yet still funny.
I'm getting along quite well now though.

Is there a Christmas tree in the Teacup yet?

ENTMOOTIA CITY INQUIRER:

The traditional enormous Christmas tree was today lowered into place at its usual site on Entmoot Plaza. It was truly an impressive sight as the huge crane swung the gargantuan tree over the heads of the gathered Mooters in the square and as it slowly decended into the concrete socket the gathered populace exlaiming their awe at the spectacle.

Nice tree, GW.

It's a beautifully symetrical tree.

But wait! Is that a dead branch on the very bottom layer?

Rest easy, Wo! nothings so dramatic - just didnt place all of the x's within the green colour-tag.

Thanks, Nelly! Perhaps there will be gifts placed later on - in a scheduled visit by the EC rep of Santa's to the Plaza.

*weeeeeeeeeeee-oooooooooh weeeeeeeeeeeee-oooooooooooooooh weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-ooooooooooh!* The Entmootia City Police arrives with blaring sirens. Rushes into the cafe with drawn weapons and arrests ES forthwith. Maybe a night in the slammer will put a clamp on the pyromanic tendencies.*

Wash my hair and the whole place comes apart.

Question. If I was knitting you socks for Christmas, how bright would you want them to be? They're fairly heavy wool socks, not anything you'd wear to a formal occasion, anyway.

Anyone?

Bright colors don't look good on me, so I couldn't say. I prefer darker colors. I have a soft spot for dark blue and hunter green.
