Fairly routine mineral specimens... I went with a couple of friends to collect them yesterday. But nice ones, of common types. The jeweliest ones are some garnet and some beryl, but they're very small. Lovely books of mica...it's not a fancy rock, but fun. And a couple of glorious hunks of this :

My grandmother always brings us back stones from South-Africa. ^_^
Though she always brings back the same stones, so that is a bit too bad. I have 1 fossil though (at least, I say it is, everyone else just don't see it) and one pretty pink stone. No rare one, but it holds a lot of memories.

Isn't it just the weirdest thing how you can be really tired, but later on you're super hyper or at least somewhat energized?

I'm usually not tired after midnight unless I've had a tireing day, so when iI'm at sleepovers and we stay up late (which is what usually happens) it usually takes me awhile because I'm usually wide awake even thought it's 2 in the morning.

It doesn't apply when I have to wake up early, though.
