well, i haven't had a bad dy in quite a while ith my back, altho the medication i am on makes me feel really ill until about lunchtime, which isn't good on college days! but it helps in the long run, so shouldn't complain, had another operation, and early signs indicate that the scoliosis is as corrected as it can be, dogs meanwhile, i hve had a litter of puppies jus before xmas, so has been hectic here, and i have a judging appointment in the summer!! talk about career boost! *sips darjeeling thoughtfully* i watched a comedy quiz show, hosted by jimmy carr, last night, based on statistics (all true) and apparently, if they met an alien, 9% of brits would offer it/him/her a cup of tea!

that would probably be the easiest option. I haven't used Excell a whole lot but I remember something about how you can link up certain sheets with other pages to keep info updated and stuff.

On my site I have Excel files which you can open with a hyperlink. Although some of them have macros in them for easier navigation, others have only the option of opening them with the link.
