But I am sure of it, cos Frodo mentions it to Sam in the Grey Havens chapter, when he's showing him the almost finished book. And as for any other phrase, hmm *rifles both books in hope of finding answer*... but really, its too hard. They're both pretty large, how're you supposed to remember all these four word stuff? Won't you give a hint, at least? Like who says it, when or why?

Actually Sam doesn't mention it...it is "read" to the reader and that's not the same.

He was referring to the humans and the hobbits killed near Bree while the War of the Ring had been raging. Can I post the question I was intending to anyways?
