Huh, that's funny. I don't think we're very alike at all. But I always have images of mooters that are way off. Like I always pictured Tessar as a rather plain but charming woman with shoulder-length light brown hair who loves horses. (I wish I could tag people in my post like on Facebook...) But then, I think everyone used to think Tessar was a girl at some point.

Hmm... I always pictured Varna around the same age as I am, but I gather that's incorrect. Also I thought Hector was actually a classical-music-loving gansgta.

And for a while, there were a few 'Mooters who associated "Midge" with "he".

It takes a really long time to get someone's personality too, because we can't see and hear each other. And I don't always look at someone's name when I read their post- sometimes I just see the avatar out of the corner of my eye. I also confuse the elvish-esque names and unknown Tolkien names a lot. And I do so much of "I recognize this name but I don't have a clear idea who they are" when I read posts and so I don't really put the name and the post together and it takes a long time to get a solid image of someone in my head.

Midge and Acally and Tess though, I can almost picture you all in my head (from your photos, not my imagination).

I'm one of those. For some reason I orginally thought Tess was a high school girl maybe a year behind me. I was waaaaay off on that lol

Weell, the dances are over, and they went great. The only qualms were that one of my girl friends was ill, so I didn't get to dance with her during the two free waltzes. Again.

The other, that the official photographers were so slow, my pair began to shout at them for it... it was kinda amusing though. XD
But at least I did get to dance with one other girl friend. Overall, an awesome day.

So, I'm hosting a LotR movie watching night, mostly for the benefit of a girl who has seen the first movie only and wants to watch the others, and has not, I repeat has not, read the books. It feels a little bit wrong. But I suppose if she wanted to read them she would have by now. Unbelievable, I know, but not everyone who even tries to read likes it.

Just saw a drag queen do a cartwheel in the middle of a Lady GaGa impersonation. I would have assumed that even just doing a cartwheel in a Gaga outfit was like dividing by zero, but lo and behold!
