No, actually it's a firefly squid.

3 to 4 cm's eh? That's doable... But I guess they are difficult to keep. Could you put one or two here in the tank? I like watching aquaria with colorful fishes etc. in it.

Very soothing.

Well, in the Teacup aquarium, yes, any other, probably no. Squid are traditionally very difficult to keep, requiring extremely fresh water to be constantly flowing through their artificial environment, plus lots of room to move around, otherwise they quite literally beat themselves to death on the walls and rock of a cloistered environment every time someone walks by, plus, these tend to bury themselves.
