Yeah, I've always thought it was cool to see all the names of Norse Dwarves in Tolkien's works. Velkommen til vårt hjem, Lótiel! Last edited by Linaewen : 01-12-2004 at 04:50 AM. |

Wow, Jon! Just read that little bit of Indonesian you put in the mail to me! That's fantastic, it must be a great site! *Dances with joy* Finally, a Mooter who can write to me in Indo!
Can you tell me the link? I'd like to check it out. Is it a translator? Maybe it translates everything into the formal way of speaking, in which case you wouldn't understand my informal words (but I can get much more informal than even that ) Bagus! Bagus! Tentu saja kamu/Anda boleh mempergunakan bahasa Indonesiamu (Indonesia kamu) terhadap saya/aku! Last edited by Linaewen : 01-11-2004 at 06:19 AM. |

Sorry, I seem to have lost the link and I'm unable to find it.
It was not a translator, just a site with lots of useful Indonesian words and phrases. Lótiel, är det nåt fel på 'norbagge-vitser'?

If that's true, then it's strange because there are mistakes in those sentences. 'Praktek' is only used for 'practising medicine, law' etc, not for practising languages. Nope, no butchering of the Swedish language in this post. |

You're just too 'dum' to understand them
No offence

Jag önskar dig en trevlig vecka! På tisdag jobbar jag klockan 12:00 - 20:00. När det är eftermiddag för dig, är det natt för mig. Men jag skulle vilja öva mig att skriva svenska då också! Thanks again, Jon. You legend, mate. *Bashes self on head with mallet* Care to join me? Last edited by Linaewen : 01-11-2004 at 09:07 AM. |

We actually have a lot of jokes about norwegians too, but I think they're all from Sweden. Like all those books with jokes! But then we often joke about swedes too..

Pekka is the name of a typical Finn.
Toivonnen som hadde forståelse for problemet utbroet: "Jamen Pekka da! Varfor svimmde ni inte på ryggen da?!" Pekka som hadde blitt irritert utbrøt: "Jammen broarna, Toivonen, broarna! See the Joke Thread for a translation.
