Really? That surprises me...I guess I don't know everything after all... I'm one step closer, though!

Well, having a boy/girlfriend is different from knowing your orientation. One can easily have one without knowing.

Precisely. As my example exampled (), it wasn't serious, at least not at that age level.

I think Dubya can add up just fine, but he's not a very good [speech] writer, or aty least his speech writer isn't...

How do you know? Have you ever seen him do addition or subtraction? And don't even MENTION long division!

Which is, of course, totally on-topic.

It's like the dumb blonde* whose house burnt down because she couldn't reach the fire department. She got the nine okay but couldn't figure out how to dial 11.

*one of the few still-acceptable stereotypes; if any blondes are offended I'll change it to redhead

Or Catholic. It's perfectly acceptable to make fun of/stereotype Catholics.

Sinnead woulda' been fine here ..it's 999!

(although that's potentially a lot of maths for a skinhead catholic ... )

This was the front page story on todays Indianapolis Star.....

http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dl...WS01/607300401

If I ran the world.....religious gay people wouldn't have to hide in the closet and/or deny themselves the joy of sexuality. I think it's just plain dumber than dumb that some religions think gay sex is a sin.

Y'know, it's times like these where I almost wish I was gay so that I could riot against this kind of crap. *sigh*
