Which serves to show that regularity outweighs () actual weight in importance. I'm glad to hear you've worked in some kind of schedule.

My muscle training may be most unpretentious but I love running and can do so for hours whilst listening to good music or a nice audio book

Oh, to be young and discover you have muscles...

*hugs Earn* Hi. Glad today is semi-okay

My sis is always jealous of me because I have (what she calls) 'natural abs'. Yoga is cool though.

I got my cast off (in case you didn't know, I broke a metacarpal bone in my left hand in a car accident). But my hand is deformed now- the bone is kind of rotated so the knuckle is lower than it should be and there's a bump in the middle of the hand. It's kind of bizarre, but at least I can type again.

Dang! O_o Sorry about your hand, but hooray that you can type again.

Just remember... if one knuckle is lower than the others they'll never see it coming. It will be your ninja knuckle.... Oh, what's that? A three knuckle sandwich? SURPRISE!! IT'S FOUR KNUCKLES!!!! *WHAM-O!!!*

It's a day late, but....

Happy February!!!!

I just love this month! Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays (yes, i'm a hopeless romantic! ). The long darkest part of winter is nearly behind us. Yay!!!

Ditto on the hopeless romantic. And I'm glad the winter's ending too. I have to walk a lot so I'm glad if there's not too much snow. I have always liked Valentine's Day, even when I was single and lonely. I'm going to wear pink ribbons in my hair.

Love February? But it's the coldest time of the year! Back in Californee, the Februaries could be really awful, with constant drizzling rains occasionally going torrential on us. Here, at least, we're probably safe with snow (though it did rain for a bit in January, much to my chagrin!)

I don't like February. It's the month in which you always have to get serious again and go back to school and make decisions. I don't like Valentine's Day either, because it's silly. Love should be expressed every day, not just on Feb. 14th. But I won't start my usual rant about it here

My fiance and I got preapproved for a mortgage! We could buy a house!

He tells me not to get too excited because we may end up NOT buying a house, but I sort of can't help it. It's so very exciting!!!

Speaking of February- It's HOLIDAY TIME!!

Yep, started my Chinese New Year vacation today- off till the 22nd.
It came vey late this year- it's set by the lunar calendar so it changes every year, but it's usually end of January/ first week of February. This year the actual festival is on the 13th.

Spent a lovely warm day on the beach, nice body-surfing waves.

Happy (upcoming) Spring Festival, GrayMouser!

What will your holidays hold in store? Any lion dancer per any chance?
Any fish? Dumplings? Red envelopes with money? Tributes to your ancestors?

Yes, and fireworks and firecrackers- though hopefully not like the time about five years back when my kids almost set our towns gasoline storage tanks on fire (no kidding- four fire trucks plus the petroleum company's own fire-fighters.)

Yes, yes, and sadly yes, since I'm the one handing them out to my kids and assorted nieces and nephews.

And since my ancestors come from Manchester, I'll be honouring them by praying for them to intercede to make Chelsea lose

Good news, but these days be very careful, especially about location- a lot of bargains to be had, but you have to make sure that there won't be a lot of foreclosures or walk-aways in the same neighborhood.

Hope you have a good time with Chinese New Year
Starting with a mortgage at 24... sounds creepy.

Yeah, that does sound scary to me. Personally, I hope I don't have to worry about such a thing for quite a few years... although if everything remains as it is, I'll be married by July and if there are objections to us just staying with my sister and brother in law, that could be a surprise. If that's the case, I'll have to remind myself not to be surprised if that happens.

Owell, time to get to ready for early classes yet again. Everything starts at 7:30 AM and it's almost 6, and it takes 20 minutes to get there, and holy jeez, I'm gonna probably be pretty dang late (showering and all, could take a bit)!
