Yes, happy Midsummer! Hold hands with someone you love and jump over the fire.

There will be Open Museums Night here tomorrow... still can't decide were to go...

It's Midsummer already?! But the 21st was the first day of summer?

What is Midsummer? I'm always reading to hear of a new holiday. Thanks to Addy I now have my very own Nameday. June 2.

Well, it's good to be back!

I'm sort of in a panic. I'm on vacation, I've missed months of mooting, and I have absolutely no clue where I left off in my blog nor what day I left the moot. I have a large chunk of my life missing.
But my temporary absence at the 'moot proved beneficial. I ended up writing some pretty good writing things, and Quantum Town has indeed flourished like a clak beepbox player out of hell.

What great events have I missed? (It's okay, I know that won't be answered, it never is.)

Oh, and I've succumbed to the MySpace disease. My mom tipped the balance for me.

* i thought the mid spin wave was a nice touch though!*

**EDIT**

no offence - i don't know how heavy your Mom is ...but i just got the image of the be-slippered momma you see occasionally from slippers upto knees on the tom and jerry cartoons in my head now!"

LOL!
Not quite. My mom's still walks like C-3P0, as when she got out of the hospital for the last time.

Oh, by the way, if anyone is wondering how I've been spending my time, I've been watching Law & Order. I just can't understand how people don't like the main detective on Law & Order: Criminal Intent. He's the best detective, by far! People who don't like him must be spherical idiots: they're idiots no matter what way you look at them!
What's his name?
Oh, I'm awaiting him to add me on myspace (probably just a fanatic...er...fan. After all, I tried adding Charles Darwin, Fat Tony, and Q.)

I've still never seen CSI.

I'm trying to figure out the more advanced aspects of my brand new Pickett pocket slide-rule (Hmm... ). Anyway, my grandpa gave me two Pickett slide-rules, one's a small pocket one, and the other much larger. I want to make better use of it, so I figured I'd better take a tutorial. Now is far from the right time, because I might have to suddenly be asleep when my stepdad comes home. (Mom doesn't really care, but Ed does.) But I have a great deal of time tomorrow.

Now for a cup of Twinings Tea and a pecan sandie.

Interesting factoid; if all the string from Twinings Tea bags sold in one year were laid end to end, they'd circle the earth 15 million times.
