Wow, flashback! Reminds me of an RPG I once played where I was an orc-eatign tree, and wanted to eat one of the RPGers who had an orc character.
Just a taste?

Oh, God, how gross!

But, um, how did it taste? The orc-meat, I mean...

Perhaps I should reconsider word usage. I was an Orc-engulfing tree.

How would a Tree engulf anything? Speed-grow around it?

I am at the moment trying to make posting form along the same lines as this reply to thread-box but simpler.

And it's truly driving me up the wall that in my HTML-bible there IS NOT A SINGLE FLAMING WORD on the creation of such a form. And there NOTHING on the subject either on the websites I visited.

ALL they nag about is mailto-forms and such.

I AM TOTALLY AT A LOSS AS TO HOW I AM TO WRITE THE CORRECT TAGS!!!!!

What I want is a posting-form which buttons, labelled January - December, will when I press these buttons transfer the text in the replybox to the CORRECT webpage (Januarynotes to the Januarypage, for example).

IS THIS AT ALL POSSIBLE?? PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME?

Why write 'em, when you can steal them?
Lot's of message board hosts have special tags, maybe you could get one of them and figure it out. Or maybe I could go get it for you now...

Checking the source-file for a reply box here shows a nightmare of tags. I can't write all that.

do you have to use HTML? I built a site one time using a handful of windows programs and hyperlinks, never have learned HTML, If i'm understanding what you want to do, you could make your JAN throud DEC pages in Excel or maybe Outlook or even Word since you want notes, and just put in your hyperlinks on your index.

TIC, do you mean our discussion about html or this place in general?

RTR, unfortunately this site I've made is for a Concert Association and they want a homogenous site with all the pages looking the same (same colorscheme and images). So if you have a foolproof way in which to create a form in the way which I want it to look I would be very grateful indeed.

The Jan - Dec pages are already finished and formatted.

Is there ANY way in which to conned the buttons to pages so that the text will be instantly transferred to the correct monthpage?

Need caffeine... and inspiration.

Blargh.

I don't think I ever managed to fully wake up today. I was just pretending to be awake, and now I must pretend for an hour or three more and get my homework done, oh yes I must I must I must.

I checked my message board, which I added a chatbox to. Couldn't find it. I checked the message board I got it from, a support forum. No such luck.
