i actually preferred both films to the books granted there is very little in connection to the books at all but for the most part they tell a better story, although it would nice to have a more consistent nemesis i really am not expecting much from the bourne ultimatum film which is in production. I think that 3 movies with such similar plots and characters will be a bit much

Cursed

I'll spare you all the horror. In hindsight, I like to think of this experience as “taking one for the team”.

It was crap.

Runaway Jury. I enjoyed it at the cinema, and here at home too. I think I am now officially a Rachel Weisz fan.

Crap. Predictable. Boring. Rubbish. Laughable. Also, utter crap.

How funny, you guys; so did I! To cheer me up, whenever I'm really feeling awful, I've got my FotR EE dvds, and yesterday I had to watch it again just to cheer myself up a little and put my mind in the Shire and Rivendell for a bit. I tell ya, works better than pills OR therapy ever did, it does. Reading the book does the same thing, but when depression REALLY makes me lazy, it's easier to just curl up in bed and watch the dvds.

Yeah, why do you think we're all so bright and cheery most of the time, Tolkein! Of course I sprinkle a little Laurel & Hardy into the mix when things get really rough.

Sahara - this fun, entertaining adventure-flick with Penelope Cruz and Matthew McConaughey, and Steve Zahn.

It may be. But it got nothing to do with Clive Cussler's original story. So i most probably won't see it. Yet it could of course be better than my atticipated disappointment will make it.

Is the movie as good as the tv promo trailers? It looks like it could be good but then it might turn out to be another "mummy"

I saw Madagascar today! And I love'd it I can't remember last time I laughed that much from a movie. Though it wasn't better than Shrek or Finding Nemo, it was hilarious! And the effects were extraordinary. If you like movies like Shrek and Ice Age, you should go see it.
