I've checked and that is the correct answer Spock.

Yeah, you got it.
In the future, if I don't show up within about a day, I probably won't be on for a while, so wait for one confirmation and then accept it as correct.

Very good guess. It is not the character I was think as the answer for this question. I was thinking of a non-hostile (to the hobbits at any rate) character, but I think your answer does fit the question as I asked it. If no one else writes the correct answer, you may have the next question. {Actually, if I was to be a bit technical, Frodo did speak to the Nazgul. He spoke to all of them at the Ford. Still this is a very good guess.}

I'm thinking it probably WAS Glorfindel. Frodo wasn't in any kind of condition to speak much then, was he?

I'm positive there's mention of a fox being the lone creature to see them, or something like that. Maybe it was on the journey from Hobbiton to Crickhollow though...not sure.
I know there's a fox at some point.

IIRC, there were two foxes mentioned, but I am thinking of the one from the begining. (about pg. 21 in the edition I am reading from; When the three hobbits start out on their journey.) P.S. It is your turn as well.

FYI and to show how editions differ. Page 21 in my book is still the prologue. Even adding 21 to the first page of the narative brings you into the middle of the Party. So you can see how difficult it may be to find things.

It doesn't help that I also made an error in typing the page number. It should read pg. 81 not 21. I probably should have also included the book and chapter Quote:
