Um, is it at the Council of Elrond when Gandalf recounts how Saruman said (something like) "Radagast the Fool, Radagast the Bird-tamer"? It's the only passage I can recall.

WOw, how did Floi make it in this thread three times? He's very trivial, I guess. He was a dwarf that was killed in Moria by an orc arrow. I think he was a guard, or something...
