Hurray! ^_^

I should be off to bed though. Tomorrow I promised to help my grandmother out. She got sick too I'm just waiting for it to be my turn...

EDIT: Really? That's so cool! I always liked old books. New and shiny books are nice and all, but they don't beat the language used in older versions. ^_^

I'm not a big fan of the smell (or touch sometimes) though, oddly enough. For me it's more the language, history behind it and the looks that do it.

Midge, how about a famous Teacup Cafe hot chocolate? They are our speciality (after tea of course). We have many non-alcoholic drinks available.

And Sis, I don't know if I'd dump the guy just for doing one slightly stupid thing. It was a bit mean to give someone who never drinks tequila (which is strong, not only in alcohol content but in flavour), but unless this is something he tries to pull a lot it's not necessarily dump-worthy on it's own IMO. But that's just how I read it. He's Midge's BF of course and she was actually there. (Bizarre that he didn't want you to tell your mom though. If he doesn't want to piss her off, maybe he should... I dunno... not slip her daughter tequila. Anyway I'll mind my own beeswax now. )

Thanks Mari, it's good to be back. But let's keep it on the down low. I think I'm being followed...

Why, yes. I will take some hot chocolate. I love that stuff, even in summer!

I am not sure he knew it had tequila in it till I pointed it out. He looked sort of confused and did one of those really funny "Oh..."s. And no, he doesn't pull it a lot (this is the first time). Yes... I told my dad anyway. As far as I can tell, this whole thing is just full of "shouldn't haves". It was less than a tiny sip of drink (ergo, no harm REALLY done), and I've been over what I shouldn't have done and what he shouldn't have done a BUNCH of times. I'd like to just let it go.

What does IMO mean? I've heard many people use it.

I like pants, too, especially my skinny jeans with ballet flats (a much cute combo), but I prefer shorts in summer.

Socks that are short so only a little bit shows. Actually they're Converse or imitation Vans, but whatever.

Okay... gotcha. I could never find an acronym to fit IMO. It is one of those confusing things.

I worry about people having their boundaries respected, is all.

It's kind of a pet peeve of mine. And I think many people (particularly young people) have imperfectly maintained boundaries, so it's easy to teach them bad habits.

I love children who will tell adults to take a flying leap. Then the adults really need to step up and amount to something to EARN their respect.

It makes the world a better place.

We have a lovely piano and a reformed former band. Any instrument you fancy, in here somewhere...have at.

*Sits down and plays Für Elise flawlessly; everyone claps*

do you mean LITERALLY tell adults, "Take a flying leap"??? That would be sort of .. disrespectful... which I think was your point. Right?

I mean I just love it when a child looks Aunt Susie in the eye and says, "I don't want to kiss you. You smell bad." I think the parents should be thrilled.

Do you only play classical? Do you take requests?
