I want to mope, I want to have a serious and complete mope, just like I could so well when I was younger. But I can't, because all these little problems of mine are so petty compared to other people's. Which means my conscience won't let me mope. And I can't even mope about that.

VENT:

Work. Do you remember when you were younger, and you'd get to that stage when you were so tired, but unwilling to sleep, and you'd cry out of the sher stress?? This is what work is like today. I DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE. I could cry. Seriously. I want to go home and sleep in and forget there ever was a paint factory here and that I worked there. I want to go SOMEWHERE else!! I want a holiday; a very long holiday. And I don't expect I shall come back. In fact I mean not to.

Yesterday was the worst freaking day I have ever had in my life.

And today isn't going to be better.

I think I'd like to roll over and die now.

Well, just think how lucky you are: If you'd seen The Rite of Spring, you might have become a barbarous savage, and if you had seen Swan Lake, you might have tried to live the life of a swan in the pond...not exactly a dry environment. But just think, Romeo & Julliet stands in the middle, and you ca now be both ...

(What I actually meant was the characteristics of the music )\

Yeah, still no-go on the work-problem solution. Ugh. Kinda should be glad though, as it is an interesting research problem...

ok I totally bombed my chemistry test

and....my cousin (who gave me, freely, a crib and changing table 20 mths ago!) is now asking if she can have them back to give to her stepdaughter who is having a baby. what is up with that?!?!? I'm am thoroughly peeved! my son is NOT ready (ok...I am not ready) for him to be in a regular bed yet. besides that...it's just plain rude to do give someone something and never once hint that you might need it back, and then 20mths later ask for it back! GRRRRR!!!!!!

Well, of course I'm a guy, but in asking my mom, my sister and my wife as well as checking some good reference sites for this question; you seem to be at the outer edge of transition to a bed.
So perhaps that's exactly why you are being asked to return it; they see the same answers and figure it's time you changed bedding and they need it.

I had been thinking about getting him into a regular bed because I assumed he would be trying to climb out of his crib by now...but he's not which is really surprising b/c he's a very physically advanced child.
it's not really the fact that I want the crib for a while longer that's making me mad, its the fact that I was never once told that they might need it back. I want to have more than one kid and was planning on just using the same crib for all the kids. Had I known they would want it back again I would have declined their offer to let me borrow it and would have bought my own. Now it seems that I will haev to buy one anyway

I'm in conflict with myself.. Nothing new, you'd guess, but actually it is. It's so much easier to stay to your morals when you're being asocial.

I'm an ass. XD

I just got blamed at work for something that wasn't my fault! Just because I am simply the supply girl. Oh no, it must be my fault, not the co-ordinator's or the nurse's who DIDN'T BOTHER TO LOOK to sign the requisition, then it was too late and there were no needles for the last clinic.

I put things on their desks for them to read, and sign. If they don't authorise it in time (their time at that, makes little difference to me when I send things off) then how is that my fault?

I quit. ******** can do without ANY supplies officer for the next 3 weeks. See how they like that.

Sorry I swore, edited it now.
