Oh, yeah, I forgot this place was a coffee shop/library/zoo/cozy cottage type of thing.

That's what happens when we actually talk about STUFF for a while...

Teaching myself SQL... necessary, but frustrating. Wine and cookies required for after.

I'm thinking of taking classes for writing children's books. I have a few ideas I want to work out, mostly educational materials in the end, but knowing how to approach children would be good. It would also help me determine my target group and the language I should use.

Thanks for the enthusiasm
I'd need a bit more time and energy before I can really get started though. At the moment I collapse on the couch everytime I get home from work. My weekends I use to do the work I couldn't do during the week because I'm so tired all the time
Apparently I'll get used to it.

I didn't know there were classes like that. Sounds like great fun.

I didn't get Hobbits for visitors, if that's what you're asking. But well, there's the breakfast table, noon-dinner table, tea and cake-table, supper-table, dessert-table and coffee...

Trust me, it's a day job.

My cousin went with one giant brunch table, and mimosas over the kitchen island. Fun times.

But getting there! I suppose the being squished into the back seat with my siblings and arguing over whether we'll make the ferry with a flat tire has nostalgic holiday value.

I don't have enough room to set out a table AND have a table for people to sit at. My house is really very tiny. I had to use the kitchen worktop and windowsills as well, but it all worked out somehow. And it was fun. But tiresome.
