Ok, sorry if this question has been done. In that case, I'll just change the question.

In the Hall of Fire, which Elf encourages Bilbo to sing his song about Eärendil again?

i think so. the answer i had in mind was the fell winter of sr 1311, which means there was more than one fell winter, but since the hobbits settled the shire in ta 1601, 2911 is correct. i'm out of questions.
