uuuh... i've seen the wargs now. great!!!
and now i'm almost sure that the Arwen scenes are flashbacks. Do you remember that guy of the previous trailer (see attachment)? ithink he's young Aragorn when he first met Arwen in Lorien. he appeared inmediatly after a shot of a hooded Arwen. So it seems that the flashbacks are mainly from the time the first met.

I have SEEN IT! ::hurries back to watch her trailer::
Okay, I'm back to comment. I would say I'm speechless, but I'm not It's just that there are no words to describe what I felt while I was watching the trailer. First of all, has anyone else mentioned the repeated use of the word 'hope' (well, maybe only twice), in the trailer? Especially at the end, when Arwen says "There is still hope", and then, after a beautiful shot of what I guess is Shadowfax, you see Aragorn? I tribute to his name Estel, I'm guessing. Wargs! Oliphaunt! Aieee! Too cool for words. Balrog fight, as well. Also, the eye seems more almond/eye shaped this time, instead of just a round ball of fire. It seems that they ARE playing up the 'love triangle', or at least making Eowyn's love for Aragorn less subtle. It also looks like, to me, that Theoden is telling Eowyn to lead them to Helm's Deep. o.O Does anyone know where I can get a still of that shot of Frodo that comes right after "Unless all unite against evil"? Gorgeous shot

I've only watched it about ten times now. Plus we watch FotR again yesterday. And we are reading the book aloud. I think we are ready.
The TT (and RotK) are better suited to film than FotR.

Question: why was Sam gripping Frodo's hand in that extremely shaky manner? I mean, it looked really intense, so what was it following?

I don't think it's likely they'd put ROTK footage in a TTT trailer . . . is it?

Oh wait, I see. Frodo was trying to grab the Ring to put it on, and Sam grabbed his hand to stop and comfort him

It could be a bit that is shown in ROTK the book, moved (out of the timeline) to somewhere in TTT, when Sam grabs Frodo's hands to keep him from putting on the ring. I think it also says that in the official frame by frame AND the TOR.net frame analysis.

No-they're shown in Emyn Muil and the marshes and Ithilien. For no apparent reason Faramir takes them to his camp in Osgilliath. I don't know why there and not Henneth Anun. But that's what the official site says...

But... but... if they don't put in Henneth Anun, then we won't get to see Sam dunk his head in the water!

My guess is that Faramir takes them to Henneth Annun where he learns of the Ring, and then he offers to lead Frodo as far south as he can (Osgiliath) before they part.
