About the 4th territory, I think California, Oregon, and Washington should separate and join us. They should get the honour of being provinces though.  Why is it that us Canucks are always goodnaturedly ribbing JD? It's just good and jolly times...

JD, we do welcome you back, and we know that you've given lots of good help, but that we normally don't desire to have threads based entirely on the comings and goings of individual members. We allowed this one to continue to this point, but are now closing it in the interests of furthering other discussions. Plus... it looks like it might start a spat or two itself, if you guys keep it up. This is a good point to just 'let bygones BE bygones' and all start afresh and move on... eh?
