Thing is, and correct me if im wrong, but people of basically the same ethnic backgrounds are going to have reasonably similar features - Im English and workm in Wales ( yes I am being punished for my previous life) and there is no physical difference ( there is a dodgy preference for designer wellngton boots though

) - accents are the only real indicator.
