I would die before being famous. Do you have any idea how many girls must bump into him and say, "OMIGOSHareyouElijahWood?" I wouldn't be able to stand that kind of life.

I very doubt that many girls would bump in to you and say, "OMIGOSHareyouElijaWood?"

How much do you reckon it'll cost to text Egypt?
1)A Lot.
2)She's back tomorrow.

3)You would so have the same reaction of you 'bumped' into him and you weren't prepared.
4)Admit it, Em, you're a fan of the bloke as well as the character. Remember when the film first came out. "Heissofitheissofit".

5)YOU ARE SO LUCKY, SAMWISE.
6)Why do you walk fast in c-whatevers? (We don't have them in GB, probs v. similar to a Tesco Metro or such like).

Maybe I could bump into Orlando when he's on holiday in... nah. We don't get tourists around here... at all.

Bummer.

Yeah Sam. Why did you let him go? I mean you should have thrown him to the floor and held him down. You could have done that. I mean afterall, he's just a little Hobbit.

That's what I would've done. No, seriously, I think I really would do that.

Jeez... it's just Elijah Wood. I would probably freak out if I saw him too. (and I'm a guy) But why would Elijah (or any celebrity for that matter) come to Alabama?

You ARE lucky...at some livejournal thing this girl supposedly has his cell phone number and has called and talked to him. Interesting.

Well, I might get to meet his grandma

Hehe... one idea we discarded for April Fools was to have an admin posing as Elijah Wood come to the board . Obviously samwise would have had to been in on it, though.

That would have been good. You really shouldn't tell people what you were planning though. An opportunity to use something like that might have come up in the future. You can't use it once you have made it public on the board.

You are right that few people would seriously believe it. Doing something similar, but more minor might have worked. I am just saying that in general it is a bad idea to make public potential prank ideas because it limits what can be used in the future.

Tater said the same thing about the explanation for the Pink and Purple Day - I proved him wrong. If you do enough research you can make anyone believe almost anything.

But I agree - don't give away ideas, they may come in handy some day.
