if PJ ever logs onto the mootand reads some of the more dissaproving comments, im sure by now hes hired some bodyguards - especially needed in N.Z. if any burping sheep are spotted!

i suppose the reason for them does kinda fit in but its a bit of a de tour from the book. But i do like the though of elves been there. Do you think he will follow this up with Elvs at Pelanor feilds etc? Will the Dwafs get in on the fun? if the elves are there why not all the races of middle earth its makes sence for the other races to also join the fight.

This is from a view of sheer middle earthness not of the book

Come on lad it aint that bad it could be worse awren could sumhow learn to fly and single handly save middle earth then decided that aragon a bit unsure about been king so she will be in charge and become the queen or gondor and anounce that her dad is not really elrond but steven tyler and rotk could end with a aerosmith song........god it would be like armegedon nooooooooooooooooooooooo

sween - just by coincidence I do happen to work in North Wales,
in the land of Deeside (I was a sinner in a former life ) - anyway whats wrong with sheep, I know some very interesting sheep, some from wales and some from distant lands, I have my designer wellies and am not averse to the attractions of my woolly friends.

i knew u had some affliation with wales. well im from the lakes so i know a thing or 2 about sheep but these things we really shud keep to ourselves. But i will say one thing they cannot half run when they want 2

Just had a look at a german site and they had some pix of helms deep with some soldiers carrying arms of Gondor ! they were deffinitely carrying sheilds with the white tree emblem, have I missed something here ? Is everybody gonna turn up at this battle ? no wonder the good guys won , we must have outnumbered the orcs 10 to 1 . Maybe Beorn and Bombadil will will make a guset appearance !
