Varda of the Stars.
Ulmo because of his intervention. Melkor because he's interesting.

My favorites are Yavanna because I love the world's natural beauty, and Nienna because all weeping isn't bad. And, of course, Varda...the queenly one.

dont really have a favorite Vala. Out of all the valar/maiar i find the children of the valar most interesting. They are accounted among the maiar but children of the valar. Among all the maiar Fionwe/eonwe has to be my favorite.

Nienna because she pities every one.
Nessa because, ...well I don't know anymore, but I like her. Ulmo because of the sea connection obviously.

I have always ADORED all the elves, so the natural choice for Queen is Varda/Elbereth
For the King, it tough to choose between Ulmo , and Manwe .

What about Orome Ringbearer? He was the one who found the Elves by the shores of Cuiviénen and named them the People of the Stars in their own tongue, before leading them on the Great Journey to the Blessed Realm. He has strong Elvish connections, like Varda. He was one of the few Valar who received a Sindarin name too: Araw.

I would have to say Varda, because she put the stars in the sky and I love the stars. Melkor is pretty good too.
