The fire is fine (EB doesn't know it's a video-fire department rules). Now if Lotesse brought that NY Cheescake in, I'll have a slice with my hot chocolate, please.

Snow Snow Snow!!!!! I barely made it to work....I had to drive by Brail this morning, shoulder to shoulder, quite pathetic.

I'll join you in that cheescake and cocoa (if Loty ever gets here)

Oh, good, I'd love the company, EB. Here we had 2" of solid ice. Even after chopping out one of the cars it left no imprint when driven out of the drive...that's some packed ice. It took me a half a can of deicer plus 15 min of scraping to clear the windows.

Enough of that now, how about I refill that cocoa for you.

How come it is that I always miss Spock in the Teacup? Ciao, Spock, I HAVE been missing you! I haven't done the trivia this last month or so, so I "see" less of you than I'd like. Ah, well. Ice storms, eh? I remember when I lived in northern Georgia years ago there was this inCREDible ice storm, it was beautiful, and so destructive.

You guys are all bummin' with the weather, huh? Me, I've been sweating in the sun all day washing cars for my boyfriend, and it's WARM out, WARM!! Like 72 degrees or something, but even warmer when you're washing cars.

In fact, I think I'll fire up the barbecue out on the Teacup patio, and make pitchers of sangria and ribs 4 everyone!

Baby back spareribs, and in addition to Sangria I'll serve some Chimay beer, which one time I. Rex said was really good. And roasted, grilled corn-on-the-cob, too, why not. It's virtual California summery-weather out on the Teacup patio right now, so bring bathing suits. You'll want to jump in the pool, I mean it's SUNNY, sunny and nice, perfect for pool jumping.

*Joins Sane by the heater*

Cold and icy here. Just finished taking my psychology exam, think I got a few questions wrong but I've done well enough on the previous exams and on the quizzes that it should make much of a difference.

Just two english portfolios and a latin exam to go now...

I envy all you guys who get to be in college right now. Man, I miss school so much. *Hands Lady M and Shah mugs of hot cider and wool flannel throw blankets to warm up under* Stick your feet underneath Leroy; his body warmth and hot fur will warm you up in NO time.

Thanks.

And here's a quote, courtesy of my latin professor:

"Remember, when a young man invites you to conjugate, always decline."

Study sessions that make me laugh are good things.
