My sister was watching Cloverfield, so I saw parts of it too. It is a weird film. The plot is well... basically Manhattan is overrun again by some monster and again there are a few youngsters who have to run and save someone. And of course there's the necessary amount of blood and death.
The only remarkable thing about it was the way they filmed it.

Hey, I forgot he was in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Still, that movie needed more Kiss Kiss and less Bang Bang.

The only bit I really remember is the escapade with the severed finger. Which was pretty funny, in a morbid way.

No offense, but wasn't Spiderman really bad? At least, I thought it was... I didn't finish watching part 2 and didn't even consider watching part 3. >_<

Indiana Jones 4! Very enjoyable, though it gets a little dumb. Nice to see some familiar faces and fun action.

The Great Debaters-very excellent film, especially with my knowledge of debate. And Denzel Washington was great in this movie.

Raisin in the Sun-the 2008 movie, with P. Diddy...his performance aside, it was a great movie.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull -- Very good! Indy is so old, but at least they didn't try to act like it was only 2 years later or something.

No Country for Old Men.

The DVD has just been released where I live. I saw the film once in the cinema earlier in the year, but it was even better on the second viewing.

I saw Iron Man too a few days ago. It was... enjoyable IF you put your mind out of work and just watched. Especially the first part grated my ethical views though.

I actually really enjoyed the film, I thought it was very visceral and well-done.

Indiana Jones- Supposedly done pretty close to the book, but I need to read it.

Iron Man- Very enjoyable, but some really cheesey lines here and there.

Spider-man- Just a brat getting his own way. Behind the scenes, anyway. The movies were all-right, but could have been done much better.

Movies I've seen recently were:

Prince Caspian: exceeded my expectations.
Indiana Jones: I didn't really enjoy at all. I don't know what it was... but yeah, not anywhere near on par with the original trilogy, in my opinion.
Penelope: watched online, looking for something cheesy and mindless. It was actually a lot more charming than I expected it to be (but, I can sit through just about anything for James McAvoy ).
