It's a great, easy read and gives insight into two guys who made many of us laugh. A bonus was that the book came with a DVD of out-takes from the 'odd couple' tv show....hil air e ous ..........

Take time to check this one out of your local library should it appear on the shelf.
I never watched The Odd Couple. Is it good?

The book deals with the intra-personal relationship between the two actors. The television show is hilarious, IMO and millions of others over here.

Just finished The Lions of Al-Rassan by Guy Gavriel Kay, a brilliant and strangely relevant read (one of the main themes is religious conflict, the plot is set in a country very similar to Spain under the Chaliphate in Cordoba in the medival age). I must admit Kay surprised me, Tigrana was nice but far from as good as this one.

Reading volume 4 in Song of Ice and Fire, A Feast for Crows. Just started, but if it has any resemblance to the previous books, I will enjoy it immensly.

I also read Neil Gaiman "Anansi Boys". Very cool book, maybe not as deep or big as American Gods, or as strange and fascinating as Neverwhere, but a good read.

Currently reading The Warrior Prophet by R. Scott Bakker, the second bokk in his The Prince of Nothin-triology. While not quite as good as Martin (IMO) it's definitely worth it.

Currently in the middle of "Conjectures of a Guilty Bystander" by Thomas Merton. Lots of good stuff in this book, though I can see why the US government kept an eye on this guy. He didn't have very many good things to say about them.

I'm reading Evelina by Fanny Burney. C18th forerunner of Jane Austen, not read as much as she should be... it's a great novel, highly recommended

Reading Snow Crash, by Neal Stephenson. Cool, funny and quite weird book, about a hacker somewhere in the distant future, but it will make you think about the world and whats wrong and stuff.

Well, right now I'm starting to read Jane Eyre. I haven't read much yet, but it's good so far.
I am also reading Ivanhoe, which I have been reading for a long time. It's a pretty good book, it just taking me a really long time to read.

I read Brideshead Revisited recently; REALLY good book. I'm about to start Lewis' Hideous Strength; there are supposed to be voluntary seminars on both, which I signed up for.

I'm also reading the Republic; that wacky Socrates!

Also read recently the Teachings of the Compassionate Buddha.

Well, I'm reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (again) so I can compare it to the DVD I recently received. At the same time, when I get tired of HP, I'm reading "The Mystery of Edwin Drood". What a brain challenge that one is.

We had to read a short story of I. B. Singer for the literature seminar, so I borrowed a collection of his short stories from the library... and got stuck with it. Won't return it until I read the whole book. Great writings.
