It was obviously a dwarvish name, I wasn't sure if it's Belegost or Nogrod.

How come no one's answering the question? 'Till tomorrow, I'm exempt from the Sil because I've only just started reading it and then left my book at home last week while I've been out of town. Just tryna keep the torch going, as they say. Tryna keep the trivia breathing.

Wasn't entirely sure on that one.
What name of Laurelin signifies "Yellow Three"?

It's been since July 15th, and still no one has even ventured a guess, here. I can't figure it out, either. What to do?

'Alda' means tree, 'mal' means, I believe, 'yellow' or 'golden'. It is the only name for Laurelin that I remember that comes close to the description 'yellow tree' so yes, I'm guessing.

I can't find any other name in the Silmarillion that seems to match, so I think I can assume I guessed correctly.
New question: What are the two names of Fëanor's mother?
