Not bad Acally , thanks, - swinging rather like a pendululm (sp?) in an old one's clock between happiness and worry, without the walker's fate, nor the Hunter's headpiece -

I hope Big C is ok - all the best, man. Sorry to hear that.

Has there ever been a joint president? A joint time-share ticket of Acally and the teacup mistress herself, Nurv, would surely be a powerful ticket?

Only noble Good Sir Jams, the Wolfsbane might stand against such a worthy powerhouse?

Wotcha Big Vern!

They had about forty cats per person, or so it seemed, so there were all these feral black cats running about the neighborhood. Anyway, this black cat always waits out under the table out back, waiting for my grandpa to put out some chicken bones (he loves El Pollo Loco and Boston Market, both of which serve chicken bones). It's always there, no matter what. It used to be a big grey cat that came around, and I mean big, but I guess he was replaced by this smaller black one.
You wouldn't believe how cute she is! She'll play with anything. She's even chewed up a few pencils. And it's so funny, because she'll be chasing a laser pointer light all around the house, and she'll attack the walls if we shine the light on the walls. But the only problem is that when she wakes me up in the morning, she'll tickle my face with her whiskers and meow in my ear, and won't stop meowing until I pet her. Then she'll lay in a position that's as uncomfortable as possible for me. She'll eat pretty much anything, too. (Orange soda and ice cream, for example.) But she doesn't like wine. Our other cat likes wine. He likes the orange soda, too.

Na, I seem ter be missin' summit 'ere. Ya Bo-Peep wif yor windows open, right, and these cats just bowl of chalk in loike they Jack the chuffin' Drum?

Yer clock, right, if cats 'ad started communism, right, we'd or be better Frank.

Yer Kaffy at a golf course, isit? Interestin'. Aahhht 'ere, right, they'd prolly take wahn butcher's at me and determine I weren't from a wealffy in the buff family (unless I were applyin' ter be a gardener) ter even be allowed on the chuffin' course. However, right, this may be inaccurate, right, seein' 'a readily evry geezer at PGA West (where I took the chuffin' class) were willin' ter 'elp. That's rare these days, right, even for me.

Translation:
Now, I seem to be missing something here. You sleep with your windows open, and these cats just walk in like they own the place?

You see, if cats had started communism, we'd all be better off.

You work at a golf course? Interesting. Out here, they'd probably take one look at me and determine I wasn't from a wealthy enough family (unless I was applying to be a gardener) to even be allowed on the course.
However, this may be inaccurate, seeing how readily everyone at PGA West (where I took the class) was willing to help. That's rare these days, even for me.

No, we let her in through the door. And we let her out through the door when she decides that she wants to go outside. She just stays in the house at night usually.

What? What made you think I work at a golf course?

Ah. So, she's your cat, then, not one that just happened to come to the door?
I think I get it.

I was responding to Rohirrim, who said he worked at a golf course.

I'm a little worried. All these big universities are sending me stuff, with my name on them no less! To date, I've received "stuff" (don't know what else to call it) from the University of Washington (state, presumably) and now the University of Chicago. The former seems almost obsessive over me, as they send me an e-mail about every week. I haven't had a chance to read them yet.

I'm always getting mail from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Pulsaki Tech, and Henderson University. Still. Along with the Air Force, Army and National Guard. I wish they would stop though.

By dog is so funny. My mom made guacamole and she though the avacado seed was a ball. She was running around the house batting it around and playing catch with herself.

I guess the former. I've read the letter that Chicago sent, but all it seems to be is a "Keep up the good work!" (referring to my test scores, which are always high: I'm good at tests), and I skimmed Washington's, but all that seems to be is a "Keep up the good work!" So basically, junk.

She used to come to the door and look pitifully at us. She used to be an outdoor cat. Then we started letting her inside. Then she stayed overnight. Now we've adopted her. Or rather, she's adopted us.

Can you name any shows you're not obsessed with?

Hmm... Well my cat used to be owned by these other people, and he used to live in an expensive apartment in between two canals in Marina Del Rey. It is for this reason he was given to us. Caused too much trouble, and in one instance rescued his little sister from a tree by pushing her down.

I got a 3 post cards from the Marines last month, now that is scary, the funny part is they're offering a free gym bag if you sign your life over to the Marines...not the best recruiting tool.
