Yes that would be very helpfull. Thank you, you are so kind. I feel really welcome here. I might have given up if it wasn't for you all.

I wasn't sure if it was "friend" or had to do with "love" - I think I saw something on the latter - but maybe it's akin to "phileo" (SP?) the Greek root for "brotherly love" (source of the name for Philadelphia).

What I saw (I forget where) said that "dil" indicated "love" - or "one who loves" (I don't think I'm exactly quoting whatever I read - just the gist), while "dur" indicated "servant" or "one who serves"... is that accurate? Is it Quenya or Sindarin or both?
-ndil and -ndur is only used in Quenya, as affixes (I have only seen them used in Quenya at least, and they're not listed in any Sindarin-dictionary I've tried).

lillie = lin-lie = lil-lie (the n becomes l when combined with another l, there are no nl combinations of consonants in Quenya)= "many people", others is a good interpretation of that.
{I wish I can summon many people (lillia) in this place. The path is understanding is long and cruel, for-give(?) I possess hope.

Na= to, towards
ananta= but yet
ilma ( silma) = starlight
and I meant to say: " your words are like poem" If I'm mistaken please let me know. ( still learning )

ooooh... yes, 'na' is 'to/towards'. My apologies. I have no idea how I could have missed "ananta"! Sorry about 'ilma', I'm used to seeing it as 'silma'.
"Quettarlya" = quettar (words) + -lya (your) = "your words", so yes, you are correct.

But is rl a legitimate consonant cluster?

EDIT: I meant to imply that it is not.

lol... no, not "Vucennen", "Uucennen" as in "I did not see", "tai" is "that which" and "epe" means before. So... "I do not see that which is before my eyes."

No, the 'rl' cluster is not a legitimate cluster (thanks for catching that Orneliire). I believe it should have been quettalyar, because I've seen the -r placed after the possessive pronoun to indicate plural in other words. But I might be mistaken.

"epe" is an odd word. It is supposed to mean "before" but it's combination with other words indicates that it may mean "after" instead. Does anyone have any insite on this? Please share.

It is indeed dubious. It is not in A Taste of Elvish or in Etymologies. In newwords at Elm, there is a word "apa" meaning after. Quenya Affixes says:
Quote:
apa- "after", in Apanónar "the Afterborn" (an Elvish name of Men, WJ:387/Silm ch. 12), also in *apacenya "of foresight" (pl. apacenyë attested in MR:216; this literally refers to aftersight - what will come after the present). Variant ep- in epessë "nickname" (lit. "aftername", sc. a name given after the regular name, UT:266). It would seem that ep- is used instead of apa- when the word to which it is prefixed begins in a vowel.
