Reasons for me to go to bed:
1) I have a meeting concerning my final thesis tomorrow at ten
2) I still have to gather data for that before I do so. I'd do it now, but the website is down.
3) I have a lot of catching up to do (on sleep that is)
4) The music ran out...
5) The conversations I have going are finally getting to a "I'm so tired I don't know what I'm saying" point.

So why am I not in bed:

Gawk, I'm so weird. Which reminds me: I have a try-out this Friday for a choir. I haven't sung seriously in over 4 months... It'll be fun!

I *really* should go to bed. Help me, lock me out or something...

It's a speech class of course

. We all have to do 'Special Occasion' speeches....i.e. eulogies, acceptance speech, presentation speech, a toast...and she told us to be creative. She said one guy did a eulogy for himself

, and a girl did a eulogy for Oreo cookies. Mine isn't nearly that silly (or is it?).

90 second orations? I would think a college level speech class would be more serious; or are you not in college yet?

I AM in college. It's not even one of the official speeches...it's a "warm-up" speech. I mean, we've only had three classes so far.

We're going to have 8 minute speeches, and 15 minute speeches....
