O.K., I will start guessing: Bulgaria? Romania? Croatia? Moldavia? Latvia? Armenia? Greece? Turkey? Slovenia? Hungary?

I work at a theater. I sell tickets. It gets REALLY crazy sometimes when people demand different seats or refunds.

And the phone rings a lot.
