Old Toby, what country are you from? What country is your mother-country; what is your mother-tongue?

I don't know; alls I'm asking Old Toby is what country he's from, and he keeps avoiding the question like crazy. Old Toby, for the fourth time, where are you from? To make this a simpler question, what country were you born and educated in; is that easier to answer?
O.K., I will start guessing: Bulgaria? Romania? Croatia? Moldavia? Latvia? Armenia? Greece? Turkey? Slovenia? Hungary?

This is not a gay Tolkien site, O.K., relax. It takes all kinds of human beings to comprise the world's population, and this diversity reflects in our Entmoot just as it would in any online forum.
NOW - for the FIFTH time, what country are you from, Old Toby? Don't get too confused Toby; we're all friendly here. You are welcome here with open arms! Have you checked out the trivia threads we have? Have you had a chance to really explore the Entmoot grounds? There's a lot here to enjoy, a LOT.

Oh, interesting mix of countries. That explains the english.
Welcome! Sorry that most of us are from America, but there are plenty of Europeans as well. I should go buy junk food. Anyone want anything? |

AH!! YES!!! Very cool, Old Toby; very cool! Thanks for answering! Finally!
India, to Dubai, to Turkey, to Scotland - wow, you really do travel around a lot, don't you? My god, you get around. That's some traveling!! Well, I'm very glad you found the Moot; nice to have you here. I'll be patient with you now - I didn't mean to freak you out with my insistence, but now that I know more about you, I completely understand your slightly off-centered little writing style. Not to worry, though, Old Toby; we understand you! You're doing fine!

Wow, that was a very interesting two pages of reading.
Hello cafe goers. I've found something that might rival the Badgers of Helms Deep, check it out. Make sure you watch everything, even the "preview" and "the making of" it's hi-lariuos. http://www.freeonlinegames.com/play/1721.html

that was an interesting sentence.
I am going to asume that it is asking where/what I work. (I am not the best example of english either) I work at a theater. I sell tickets. It gets REALLY crazy sometimes when people demand different seats or refunds. And the phone rings a lot. |
