I'm from the lovely Mid-Atlantic coast. Support myself by a combination of activities that require no shame, like theatre and causing trouble. Theatre is the family business, so I had no real choice in the matter, lol. But it's a good venue for skill building, because everything from carpentry to accounting is necessary to it.

I like the giant aquarium at Epcot, does that count? I'm partial to my own phyllum, and we don't have much representation underwater.

It's true there are alot of skills involved in theatre. That's one thing that I like about it, it's diverse, and there are so many things going on below the surface that the audience doesnt realize.

This won't be that kind of performance, for me. This will be more the "nothing suble" form of characterization.

Well, point taken, I suppose. But I have closer kin on land.

Still, I don't like being surrounded by large arthropods and molluscs. I don't illwish them, and I don't eat them, but we haven't buddied up. Live and let live, I say. And the psi of sea level is probably max for me. Water's heavy.

Well, at least that gives you a break from memorizing lines, though, right? What kind of play is it? Like plot-wise, because I probably wont be coming to see it.

To each his own. You have a good policy, once they colonize land I hope they carry the same.

They already colonized it. Hence, us, "ugly bags of mostly water".

I can't tell you about the play, because I'm kind of hoping for a surprise related to it, and that would spoil it. Traditional holiday fare.

Where are you? Snow?

Bags o' water....that made me giggle, even with chemistry and english pilin' up around me, I can atleast have a laugh.

I gotcha about the play.

Where am I? I believe only one person on this board knows that, now everyone will. One more layer peeled away, I suppose.
I'm in east Tennessee, ironically, and we've had a -few- flurries here and there, But I really want more....alot more.

It is part of a shoal of Firefly squid. You should look them up. They are considered one of Natures gretest accomplishements when they migrate.

Ah! Now I see it! Now it makes sense. First I couldn't make sense of it, so I didn't know what to think.
