Blackcurrant is one of the best teas. Especially for a sore throat.

Vanilla tea can be good also. I never really liked jasmine though- I'll only drink it occasionally at Chinese restaurant.
I've tasted some quite poor green, Earl Grey and jasmine teas. Thus I've become prejudiced. The restaurants always have awesome teas though. And vanilla has to be very good for me to drink it.
My faves must be sencha, blackcurrant, wild berries... and maybe soon those liquorice and rose.

4 cups of black tea or coffee per day is good for you. Reduces the chances of liver cancer and some other liver-related nasty sickness. According to a study published last week anyway. I'm sure there are dozens of scientists already trying to disprove this one though.

Well, tea is definitely better than soda. I've pretty much eliminated soda from my diet in the past years.

Raspberry tea is good for you, too. Not so much the raspberry-scented black tea, but tea made with real raspberry leaves. Tastes nice too.

Yeah, me too. I used to drink it with every meal, but I pretty much just totally phased soda out of my diet.

Don't worry, Mari; I don't need studies to keep me drinking black tea. Can't live without mah Lady Grey.

Such a pretty picture, Grey Wolf!

I have some organic raspberry tea that claims to be good for the female reproductive system. It's pretty tasty.

I had ice cream with my oldest sister tonight, and it was super awesome . She's calmed down so much. Or maybe I've changed? I would guess that we've probably both chilled out considerably.

It sounds like she wants me to get to know her boyfriend better too, which is great. He seems like a really nice, laid back guy from the two times I've met him, so I'm looking forward to meeting him again some time.

I had the opportunity to get to know my sister's boyfriend better last weekend too. He's a nice guy, though he doesn't speak much. A good counterweight for my little sis who probably talks even more than I do. (Yeah, that's apparently possible)

I hope you get the time for that too, Tess!

You're supposed to drink 3 or more cups a day of it too. I drink it because it tastes good though.
