You can think longer than that if you wish.

There's no rule saying you need a custom title at 500 posts, only that you can. A good deal of people chose a title only way past their 500th post.

Rub some fresh lemonjuice or yoghurt on the spot. If it's everywhere, take a bath with the addition of half a liter of yoghurt or milk (don't use soaps etc if you take the bath!).

In the future: if you don't have sunscreen, you can use olive oil as well. [/grandmother's tips and hints]

Sunburn - ick. I was out shopping all day today and though slathered in sunscreen I think I still managed to burn the back of my neck. I think I'll try lemon juice, see if it helps.

I bought cashew nuts, though, so it was worth the trip.

Well, then that probably isn't food poisoning; just over indulgence. Not to mention pineapples get terrifically alcoholic once they've begun to ferment, so it can knock you down pretty quickly too.
