"you say tomato, I say tomahto"
"you say potato, I say potahto..."
"...Let's call the whole thing off"
For some reason I thought of the Ents and Entwives, which is of course the answer!

We inspire fear and awe, rising through the mist.
We stand over deep-rooted foundations gray, silent, and threatening.
Wearing great power and majesty we look to the North.
Armed with axes, we are wardens of our homeland.
