Is Avery gonna be a kind of "Under Siege I" Lowly cook - Seal with undisclosed prowess in all manners of weaponhandling and unarmed combat or is he just to be the cook?

Avery has been appointed cook. That doesn't mean he was good at it. Indeed he may be better at other things. But he has been given the job so he'll do it in any way possible and will likely mess up sometimes. But don't worry, he won't be excluded from upcoming battles just because he doesn't have an officer job.

Also, the waiter thing was an internal monologue of XK's. She didn't say it aloud so no one else should have known she thought it.

Speaking of sanity, I am thinking that Bob would race to Maeve as soon as we get to the island, because Maeve is the only one that can send it back. Then it would leave. Yay.

Actually Katt, if bob rushes over to Maeve, things would be over aweful quick, from what I've read, we were kinda depending on youto oversee the battle and make sure that neither side's plans would work on account of Bob's weirdness.

Well... Bob can try to rush over to Maeve, but Bob won't be able to leave because Maeve can't send her back, she can take Bob back. Bit of a difference. Basically, Bob just needs to be present and weirdness needs to happen which prevents the non-plans from working. Doesn't really matter which side she thinks she's on.

GREAT! Nice post BB!

Am just awaiting the final decision on my further working life - on the 29 of May my Empl. Office contact is gonna tell me what she has in mind. I took a very thorough test in order for her to figure out a place for me in the order of things. Hopefully a place where Ill enjoy working.

Just so y'all know, I shall be entering Captain Harrow's ship shortly. When I get time to post after work. No one spot the sail, okay? You have all just finished eating and are wandering onto the deck, so when the grey ship appears on the horizon, no one is in the look out to see it yet.

Edit: For any who don't know, Harrow has a score to settle with the original crew members. And any who show allegience to us.
