Yes. Hide in a pub with a hearth. Enough alcohol to set a lot of zombies alight.
I have friends who are fully prepared. I intend to turn to them in case of an apocalypse. Seriously dislike everything scary though, so I might just huddle up under my covers with a book and pretend nothing is wrong.

Hm, clearly you have given this some thought. Are the netherlands particularly prone to zombie outbreaks?

That's just wise. I'm quite paranoid already, due to all the horror movies and -games.

Ah, indeed, you always learn who your true friends are in a zombie apocalypse.

I have always thought that Zombie activity was centered around the Isle of Wight.

Oh, why is that?
I always regarded the Isle of Wight as a safe(r) haven as I believe that's the island on which humanity tries to sit out the Triffids apocalypse in 'Day of the Triffids'.

Because it's the Isle of Wight... as in, "Barrow Wight"

Thanks for the link. Good question. Probably in some chest tucked away in the attic at Wellinghall, together with the rest of the Christmas decoration. Lazy Ents...

ENTMOOTIA CITY INQUIRER:
The traditional enormous Christmas tree was today lowered into place at its usual site on Entmoot Plaza. It was truly an impressive sight as the huge crane swung the gargantuan tree over the heads of the gathered Mooters in the square and as it slowly decended into the concrete socket the gathered populace exlaiming their awe at the spectacle. WHEE!! IT'S CHRISTMAS EEEEEEEVE!!!!!
My second-oldest sister is coming over in a bit to help decorate. I've been so crazy busy lately that the house is completely barren of decoration and holiday spirit at the moment. I can't wait!!!! We're going to watch Monty Python and put up the tree. |

The table's cleared, dad is driving the grandparents back home, sis and family are on their way to spend the night here.
Merry Christmas, everybody.

Merry Christmas!
Or... as the poem says it: "Happy Christmas to all, and to all... a good night!"
