My biggest fear is to wake up and be crawling with spiders. I don't know why...I've always dreaded that. I freak out when I get spider bites in bed. *shudder*
The only bad chemical experience I've had is bleach in my eyes. That hurt a bit. (I take chemistry next semester...wonder what will happen. )

spiders...eww...anyways i had a sort of funny experience today talking about fears. it all started when i made some comment or another about i forget what and people started talking about how interesting it would be to be inside my twisted mind, then others said it would be too scary. anyway people started saying things they were afraid of, and just then my biology teacher was walking by. i was like, "i am afraid of biology class!" (which is more or less true-not really a fear though. he heard me and we got a laugh out of that. you might've had to have been there (that senteced couldn't have been correct...). anyway my new fear besides ceiling fans and carnies is biology class.

the usual, snakes and spiders (though we don't have any poisenous snakes in my portion of the world), some movies, the dark (after staying up late to read something freaky)...nothing terribly unreasonable

to answer you question:
biology...hm...well it is extremely boring. i mean really really boring. i think it is mostly because of the teacher but i like him well enough. that and the atmosphere is really...it's just not right. and i dont sit by anyone at all i can talk to. i dont exactly fear it but i dislike it. i just said that i feared it because we were talking about fear and my biology teacher was waling by just then. i kind of like the class, for science anyway. i really dislike science. oh yeah and because though the subject matter is rather interesting, i dislike the work. and desections make me queazy. |

My biology teacher is EVIL!!!
He takes a whole grade point off if you screw up once on your paper. And that includes not getting the title right in the middle of the page or even balanced. Or not putting FOUR peices of tape on all sides of your article. Even if you touch the margin line he takes a grade off. He does not care about the work you do only the FORMAT. He said so himself. I am deadly afraid that I will fail his class.

I like bugs. No arachnids though. I hate the way some o' them move... But other than spiders, I really like most other insects. Stick bugs, praying mantises, caterpillars... I don't even mind roaches much at all!

Thankfully I had a great biology teacher (and we didn't even have to do any dissections!) At one point we even made dry ice bombs! (PM me for more info on that)
I feared my freshman World Geo teacher, though. She must have been in her 70s and tried to hide it with makeup (in short she looked disgusting). Not only that, but when we drew maps she marked people off for coloring in different directions. And before you ask, yes, I'm quite serious.

ok this isnt really a fear, but let me share this: i know someone we'll call him Icky and he finds this dead partridge in my driveway (which by the way i had seen the previous day and it was acting very odd-west nile?) and (without even asking or even stating his intentions) he proceeds to rip the bird up right in front of my and field dress it. and hold it up in front of my face. i was scared of it in a way, and shocked for about the next 10 minutes hyperventalating. keep in mind i am a vegetarian and the thought of meat grosses me out to begin with. that scared me. a fear that is more of an actual fear-other people and the pleasure they get out of torture and violence |

I don't really have a fear. I love the dark. I don't mind pain. I don't really like bugs, but I am not scared of them. I am afraid of someone wispering. not just any old wisper, this certain voice that I hear every so often. I am not supersticious. I don't really like snakes either, I am not scared of them, I just wouldn't like one in my bed! same thing with spiders. I just don't really have a fear!!!

I love the dark now as well, but the sounds in it are enough to make you uneasy.

I don't mind the sounds either. Nor am I scared of death. ("I am not scared of death" is what it should be) I love heights. I like the dark is because I can see REALLY well in it.

I think height is my most irrational fear. I learned top overcome it and even enjoy it but I still get a strong physiological reaction to it.

Me too. I can't bring myself to stand straight on the edge of anything higher than 20 feet. I tend to crouch and peek.
