It's an open invite to a plotty planning piss-up /orgy ... course' non of the crew will remember a damn thing the next day - but hopefully K's eyes will be dancing.

I would make a whistle so large ...So HUGE ... that it would take all the crew (in a sound-proofed room each with with mouth tubes, to blow it )- designed with a highly focused audio directional wave array, and with a pulley system and some sort of casters to enable acuurate whistling targeting to within a metre of the intended "listener"

Convert the Nal into a submarine with the Giant shiny whistle on top - polish it till it gleams to lure in eager whistle-hunters - perhaps with a few colourful parrot feathers as decoration? - and use a sneaky periscope to sight our prey -

- and on the Cap'n's orders -

Blow for your lives!!!
