My only guess would be Beregond and that would be by assuming the 1020 meant Shire Calendar, however I can't find anywhere in the Appendices where it mentions the year of Beregond's birth and I can't see him living to such a great age. If it's not him.... I'm going to have to say the question isn't valid as there is no way 6 generations of exiled Numenorean strain could last 2000 years and probably even not the 900 years between 1020 and the likely birthyear of Ondoher's second son.

My initial problem with this is I do not remember a character by this name in the book. And if it wasn't mentioned in the context of your quesion then we need a new question.
